The woman here was so rude to me, I was seriously shaken up by it. My Dutch is not great, so when I asked to try on several pairs of shoes but none of them fit, I couldn’t do a good job of explaining why they didn’t fit. The woman got very angry, like I was wasting their time. I apologized that my Dutch was not good, but she said (in English) “the problem is not the language, the problem is you. You don’t know what you want.“ She said it in such an aggressive tone of voice, I was really shocked. I told her (in English) that I had never been made to feel so uncomfortable in a shop in Nijmegen, but she didn’t seem to care. It’s a shame, because the shoes looked nice and of good quality.

I always get my shoes here. Professional employees, beautiful store and of course the perfect shoes!

Nice shoes but bad advice! Twice they have sold me the wrong shoe cream with the chosen shoes. They changed color completely within a month. Sin of those few hundred euros. I will not come back here again!
