What a sad intention. Been waiting in the queue all morning to get to the site at all. When I am finally on it, I get the message that my IP address is blocked, because I have 'a robot' on my network! Ridiculous. And can someone be reached somewhere? So no! Too sad for words.

I share the opinion of Marvin Spijkers in the reviews. I also bought airmax 270s with soles here, where I got the guarantee to exchange these soles after 5 months. However, upon entering the store, Footlocker did not respond! It is the intention that nowadays everything is recorded with camera for proof that this is said at the time of purchase.

Bought nike airforce here with extra soles (€ 20). In addition to the unfriendly staff, they promise you if you buy the "expensive" soles and a new pair of soles will come back within 6 months. After 5 months you come back to replace the soles and they don't know anything about it at footlocker.

Don't buy shoes here! I bought a pair of Nike air max on July 4 after which they rip 6 months later. The shoes cost 140 euros and on January 14 I had the time to take the shoes back to the store and I work 6 days a week. Presented the story in the store and show the damage to the shoes. The seller himself already sees that it is not covered by the warranty and that the damage was caused by his own use, however, he proposes to leave the shoes on and have them assessed by his supervisor one day later. A day later telephone contact was made whereby the supervisor announced that he saw that the damage was under the fold line of the shoe and on the dust. This would be due to incorrect care of the shoe or due to your own fault. Nonsense! I have worn these shoes a maximum of 10 times. There is also the economic life of a product and you can expect quality for 140 euros. Shoes now unusable because they are as leaky as a basket! Very poor service at Foot Locker Nijmegen.
