Assistant is just not available, I'm really done with it. They advise you to call before 11:00 am, you will be told that you have to call after 13:30, then you call after half past one and you will be told that she is busy with other activities. I get so angry about this that I am completely done with this practice. It's ridiculous how they treat people.

Both Dr. IJzerman and Dr. De Koning are very committed general practitioners who make an absolute effort for their patients. Both take their time for you, listen to you and think along with you. I like to stay with these GPs!

Dokter de Koning is a fantastic doctor who listens very carefully to you and carefully examines your complaints and is well worth a 10
