I had 2 consultation hours at a time ... 1 from over 3 weeks, and 1 from months later. I also received an email that I had not arrived during office hours, while the appointment letter was at home and the date was yet to come. And then another thing: recently my boss phoned that I had missed another appointment and had not turned up .... No appointment letter, no mail, nothing. I sent a few emails about this to them with this whole story, and I got an email back saying I should call a number. And what do you think: I get a call from an ice cream rabbit from a woman that the appointment letter and email has been sent and that I am to blame. Take care of the matter !!!!
