Unfortunately a few times had a very unpleasant conversation with the assistant. She always seems annoyed and uninterested, and she doesn't feel comfortable telling your story. I have found myself another doctor and this is purely on the basis that I think it is ridiculous that it is accepted by a practice that they treat people like that. I once addressed her in the way and tone that she spoke to me, but she doesn't seem to care. A pity for the practice because I really thought the doctor I had was a pleasant person.

What a backward reception this practice has. I think this woman is sitting on a broomstick instead of an office chair.

That desk employee who is not tracking. My advice to this practice is, please fire that desk clerk. The most self-centered person I've ever met.
