Doctors are good. Smart and effective. Knows to find solution to every problem. But girls in reception are very rude and stupid. Ask stupid questions on phone like why you are sick, who told you are sick etc. Except for the professional doctors, other staff are not polite and talk in rude blunt Dutch way. Very unacceptable!!

I wasn't registered at a general practitioners clinic yet after my move to Eindhoven. I burned my feet one evening severely and the next morning I called the clinic to ask if I could come by. They said this wasn't possible if I wasn't registerd and that I should contact my clinic in Almere (2+ hours away), where I was registered. After calling my clinic in Almere they told me it would have been appropriate to let me come by the clinic, so I called another clinic in Eindhoven and could make an appointment promptly. I give two stars because I couldn't make an appointment and wasn't helped, but at least the saying 'no' was done politely and professionally.

The doctors do not honor the appointment times. Keeps you waiting for long hours and once you get to visit her, she will rush up and do not compensate for the time for you and won't even spend 10 mins on your case.Bad management.

Making an appointment with my doctor is not easy: after two days with a replacement or possibly earlier a telephone consultation. I don't like that!
