To bad for the noise of the highway

Very unfortunate that I have to write this bad review, I usually don’t like to be negative. When we got to the campground, our RESERVED spot had been given away to someone else. (We had two adjacent spots since we are vacationing with our relatives.) So the reservation system is inadequate, or the communication, or whatever they would like to blame for this. Most spots on the campground were empty but seemed to be booked.. We decided, since the other spot was large enough for all of us and nobody in charge was to be found, to leave one spot open and both set up on the other spot. Again, there was enough space. We consulted with the neighbors and nobody seemed to mind. Then the ranger came by. We HAD to move, because even though he acknowledged that the fault was theirs he wouldn’t make an exception. We only have one night here! We’d be gone in 15 hours! There are no more or less vehicles on the campground, but no.. we had to pack up and move roughly 30 metres. Unbelievable. Again, I usually don’t want to be negative. But in this case: The bathrooms aren’t clean, there is no toilet paper (and no warning about that), there are ‘probably’ enough power outlets but make sure you bring a large enough cable because you might need up to 30 metres depending on the spot, and for a ‘forest’ campground there are too many restrictions and too small spots. It’s just a normal campground, nothing special. At least not making it worth the extra fuss and extra cost/membership/etc. Very disappointed. Will not come back here again, and writing a complaint letter when we get back home..

Beautiful terrain, on place 14 we were wonderfully in the morning sun and at the end of the day in the shade, nice at 30+ degrees. Clean sanitary building with excellent free showers. Beautiful fire house, which unfortunately could not be used due to corona (also mentioned on the website) Unfortunately, I think the price is high compared to "commercial" nature campsites.

Fiver. Kind of lined football field. Toilets were cleaned at 8 am, D and H closed simultaneously. SBB seems to have less and less affinity with campers.
