Customers have posted a review for Decorette ELBURG. There they just removed text from my review !! How can reviews still be trusted. Didn't know it was possible. The director is very uncomfortable with feedback, it shows. Hereby again my review as I had sent it:
A warned person counts for two!
Shutters ordered as fly screens. Everything that could go wrong went wrong !!!! Eventually, after a long time, the outside of the shutters and insect screens came out fine. Inside very carelessly mounted !!! The site says they employ professionals, but not after my idea! Tip give him a good training so that he can deliver professional work. Damaged inside wall. Ultimately € 116. 39 discount plus a bunch of flowers. With that money I had to fix the wall that was damaged myself.
Director has responded to my piece and says that the conductors have been re-ordered free of charge. But the director himself measured them incorrectly so that it did not fit all three windows, so his own mistake. This also applied to the screens, did not fit the first time because he measured it incorrectly. So it makes sense that he must solve it free of charge.
