Nice cosy place with attentif staff clean rooms and The Prince (Restaurant) is just magic!!love that place
We stayed at the rooftop apartment. The view was nice. The Hotel was super clean and cozy. Not having our own bathroom did not make the experience weird at all. Best memories from Eindhoven! Love the square in front of this Hotel.
Hotel was clean with a decent sized room. Staff friendly and helpful. Location was great so close to all the sights and the football stadium. Plenty of bars beside the hotel. I would rate it higher but I organised a late check out to 1230 and on returning to the hotel at 11am my key access was blocked. No one was attending reception. After a long wait I had to phone the hotel to speak to someone to let me back into my room. Which was been cleaned with all my belongings still inside. I was told by the staff member that she was unaware of the late check out and let me back into the room to pack and shower. Not even at 1140 am a cleaner barged into the room demanding I leave ,which I told her I had a late check out. This is not how you do business. Left an awful bad taste in my mouth regarding the hotel. Very bad customer service.
This place is perfect, clean, and the staff are amazing, breakfast is rich and delicious
Very friendly check in, parking for 10€ a night on private spacious parking lot. Breakfast looked good, but since I never eat in the morning I didn't try it. Toilets outside of the room were clean. Shower and sink in my room were clean. Hotel was quite calm and silent in the night.
