Sitting and Lying

I have contacted the shop via email with a questions about availability, delivery and assembly. Received a short answer only on one question, others were ignored. The answer on my email was even without simple “hello”. Looks like they don’t care about customers, bad answer, probably bad service and bad products. Not going to deal with them.

Item was in stock / immediately available. Contacted after 2 weeks, it would take another 2 weeks before it was in and then another week before it was with me. Had contact again after that time, it just arrived. Within 3 days it was delivered at home, he put it on its side in packaging (so there was a 2 meter long TV unit on the short side) in our living room and was gone. I had to bring in other people to put it down, it could topple over at any time. There is a promise of a refund for delivery, but I am still waiting for that. Very bad service and accessibility. Article is of good quality.

Out of Stock. In Montfoort. You cannot pick up there yourself. Have to wait a week.

Unfortunately ordered a side table on 22/9 after a long online search ... Would be delivered the next day. Emailed after 4 days. Order would be ready and would be shipped ... all in all, we are now 4 weeks further with many emails that are not answered, telephone that is not answered, app that has been answered 1 x with false promise of track and trace. product would now have been sent twice by the company. very special that it does not arrive at the right place? I want my money back at the very least! if it is busy fine, but COMMUNICATE this with the customer and DO NOT make promises that you cannot keep! so be careful with this company if you want to do business with them online. I certainly don't like the negative reviews and believe in the best in man .. but how many opportunities do you need? patience is gone!
