The culinary highlight of our stay on the island of Vlieland. Nice ambienance, good wine and a delicious and well presented menu.

The restaurant was a disappointment. It is understaffed resulting in long waiting times. But more importantly the quality of the food was below expectations. We had burrata and cote de boeuf and they were both tasteless. Pretty pricey though. The cook must be on a tight budget. It is a pity as the setting is cosy and nice. We have frequently visited this restaurant but it is of our list now.

If you eat alone, you hope to receive a warm welcome. Restaurant Bravoure is more than hospitable. A nice pace of dishes and incredibly beautiful combinations. Waiters who know what they are talking about and are very friendly. With extra compliments to Fedde, Marita and Klaas-Pieter who run like a well-oiled machine with a smile on their face. I immediately made a reservation for the day after. I recommend the menu of the day and trust the chef because he really makes something beautiful out of it.

Delicious food and attentive service! We were surprised with the changing daily menu and we really enjoyed it. Definitely recommended on Vlie! We will be back again soon!
