I really don't understand the 1 star reaction !!! I wonder if this review has been posted to the right company. The linen, delivery and collection is handled very carefully. Everything goes exactly as agreed. In addition, the accessibility is excellent! Even with very last minute changes or orders, we act very quickly. Lovely people, quality linen and great service!

Our experience with linen rental Terschelling is excellent. Since we do not rent towels ourselves, we pass this on as a trusted address. They come and bring the order neatly, Ideal!

Laundry is not delivered to the holiday home as said on the website but to the road. The telephone is not answered (tried at 3 different times), so eventually the emergency number is called. Here we received the comment: "are they not available again"? So apparently occurs more often. Responding to their sent mail is not possible because it returns because the email address is incorrect. Tried to explain to the linen owner that we were not happy but he thought it was normal to put laundry on the road and never received any complaints about this. However, I think it is strange that my mail or parcels are placed 150 meters at the beginning of the street by the delivery person, while the website states that it is delivered at home and also costs a lot for this.
