Beautiful b & b, very tasteful and sufficiently private. Nice base for exploring the island.
We, two friends, had a fantastic time in Bed and Breakfast De Getijden. We enjoyed the hospitality of Rob and Hanneke, the beautiful fully furnished rooms with modern bathroom and the extensive breakfast.
We cycled, hiked and made a ride on the Vliehors Express, but also fully enjoyed the peace and quiet on this beautiful island.
Are you looking for a good Bed and Breakfast that is quietly located and yet close to a pleasant shopping street with restaurants where you can eat, then we recommend this Bed and Breakfast wholeheartedly.

The Getijden is a really great B&B to stay at. The location is perfect within walking distance of the harbor and the pleasant village street with all shops and restaurants and yet very quiet and beautifully situated. Furthermore, much attention has been paid to the renovation with beautiful new spacious rooms and a spacious modern bathroom. The new owners are very enthusiastic and hospitable. Overall a wonderful stay and definitely worth repeating !!
Perfect B & B, under the pines close to the port. Large very recent room with private terrace. A very nice place to stop for a stopover on the island of Vlieland
