We had a nice stay, room and breakfast were fine! Didn't really think any effort was made for extra service. We had cooling elements, which we were allowed to put in the freezer with them in the cool bag. When we asked to have them ready for us in the afternoon they were not ready. In the evening we also called the owner, since my mother had fallen with the bicycle, for something of an ijpacking on the knee. We got no coverage. This should not be you should be reachable for guests. Unfortunately I had a bad feeling about the departure, the remaining amount apparently had to be paid in cash, which was also in the mail. Since I made the booking in June and the deposit was completed, I never looked at the email again and I missed that I had to. I was not grateful for this and it was also made clear. When a payment request was sent, and I said that I would transfer it like this, it was emphasized that I should do that NOW. My phone was in my bag on the bike so I said I would. I really didn't feel comfortable with this. A normal goodbye and see you next time was not there. Too bad it had to go like this, tip for other guests do not do this anymore so you will lose guests.

My friend and I spent a few days there. Great pension also nice owners who like to think along with you. also bicycles for rent for a good price. If you're looking for something that isn't too fancy but has everything you need, this is totally fine.

Always my pleasure. Clean accommodation. Ideal location for an active Terschelling vacation. The friendliness and warmth of the owners make the stay perfect. Good breakfast, nice, comfortable rooms. We are sometimes there twice a year and always like to come back.
