The (expensive and mandatory) residential parking system sometimes fails. ParkingYou's response to these issues is not adequate, nor professional. "Service" is not a word in their vocabulary. Very unfriendly person at customer support.

Worthless company that doesn't understand their own business... Speed gates are working bad, phone support is always taking forever to respond, causing long lines leaving the parkings. Once it took me more then 30 minutes to leave the parking because of these amateurs.

Very customer unfriendly. They would take my subscription from the previous administrator Parkbee. Now my subscription is unknown at ParkingYou, while they gave me an access code a while ago and I have to pay € 25 to continue renting.

You cannot even book 2 days in a row. They expect you to leave before 23:59 and then enter at 00:01, the next date. And in an email they dare to call this a logical way of parking. What a disorganized place together.

Have a subscription here, forgotten your pass. Spoke through the intercom to enter. Sir opens the door for me and says "you are lucky, let's go" ...
