Bad experience. My car MOT inspected at this company. Car was rejected. There would have been a leak in the exhaust (front pipe with flexible part), which meant that this part had to be completely replaced. Costs for this were more than 800 euros! The diagnosis of MOT rejection was questionable for me. I therefore took the car with me and had it re-inspected at another car company and also had the exhaust system checked extra there. There it was found that the car is in top condition and approved without repairs. So haven't seen me here again. Response to the owner's answer below: If it is an advice as you indicate, then you do not reject the car! Then you indicate this on the APK form under advice points. Now the customer is told that these points must first be repaired before the car MOT will be approved. I can't help but make money out of it and I'm not alone when I read the reviews like that.

Our Opel Mokka was just over two months out of warranty when we had some problems with the car. First of all, the reservoir was leaking from the coolant. Refilled the reservoir was empty again when the water pump turned out to be defective. Immediately received a borrowed car where the Mokka stayed there for a few days for repair. This was all resolved when the heated driver's seat did not turn on. Car brought back and immediately got a borrowed car. Even after a week I could pick up the car again. This was neatly repaired and everything works again. All these repairs, which were quite complicated, were treated as a service. Not only a garage for repairs only, but also for just a cup of coffee. A very big compliment to all employees of Engelsma & Wijnia Leeuwarden.
