The Body Shop

See, to my horror, that instead of a mascara I have bought something gel-like. I had asked the saleswoman if she could look up in my account which mascara I had bought during the previous visit. She laughed about this and said it was not possible. Strange because at most stores it is quite normal to look it up. Anyway, I grabbed the mascara roller that stood behind the tester (the black mascara) and settled it with 6 other items. When I get home I see that it is not a mascara roller but a transparent "mascara". I live 40 km from the store so exchanging is not an option for me. Very annoying and very inconsiderate of the saleswoman. She finally knew that I wanted a mascara and not a gel roller.

Beautiful body shop branch. Very good products and customer friendly staff.

Last Saturday I was very well advised by the employee in the store. Nice little shop!
