Plenty of good doctors here, professional and well prepared to help you, but i dont understand one thing!!! Coffe pause from 10 to 10:30 lunch pause from 12 until 14... gosh and if you call for an appointment you only have time from 8 until 10 in the morning xD The assistant on the phone is unbelievable, she doesnt take things serious.. they should have less pause and help the patient a bit moure xD 2 hours for lunch pause is ridicolous xD

I called to inquire about being a new patient at this practice. The phone menu offered options in English which was very helpful. Even though they couldn't accept my husband and I due to our home's location, I received very nice and helpful service from a lady whose name I did not get but she had the same miserable cold I have and was still able to be pleasant and patient. Thank you for your help, and thanks to your suggestion, I did find another office that did accept us.

The WORST ever receptionist !!!! Doctors are friendly, experienced. Great advice and very professional. But its by far the WORST experience I have ever had with a receptionist. She was rude unprofessional, she turned off my phone while I was talking explaining my symptoms and when I was in desperate need to refill my prescription medication that I got from that exact clinic. I know dutch people can be blunt but she was not blunt she was extremely rude. refused to help me and she suddenly started to have a conversation with someone else next to her laughing during our call then when I started to get angry and ask what her problem is as this is a health matter for me she she NOPE BYE and turned off the phone. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE UNLESS ITS AN EMERGENCY OR IF THEY FIRE THIS LADY. I saw that I was not the first person to comment on this and as I know this is not a place where service should be priority but really. Its really really bad and she does not deserve to ruin a wonderful place where I had an amazing doctor. Will never return and will recommend people to stay away.

When you call you will be connected to an unfriendly, rude doctor's assistant. Doctor Monzón seems to have done a better job in his old practice. They don't listen properly, even when something serious is going on. No time for his patients apparently.
