We thought we had a leak in our house so I called Wijbenga installations because we have used their service before. That was always fine and the faults have been resolved. So now we had a leak and I called. Not a word was said on the phone about costs and the website also does not provide information about hourly rates. Call a technician and he saw that the problem was not with us but with the water suppliers. The extremely helpful mechanic may have just been in our house after a short lap through our house and was able to leave again. Problem was solved by the water supplier and that was that. But now the invoice came in. I saw the envelope and thought: fine, logical that there will be an invoice and was thinking about fifteen minutes of work and call-out costs. More than € 40, - it couldn't be I thought ... The invoice said € 85, - I called Wijbenga about whether a reasonable solution could not be arranged for this, instead of having me pay the hourly rate. A very understanding conversation followed but no leniency. Have paid the bill but be aware that for any minor malfunction, the entire hourly rate will be applied.

Friendly mechanic who did a good job. Then the invoice comes and you see that it took more than half an hour longer than it has been busy. This would be the travel time while the company is a few minutes drive away. The argument: we could also have charged call-out costs or a higher hourly rate. Right, that would be just as indecent yes. If everyone does business like this ...

Parking in front of your exit if you call or call the mechanic but he will give you an angry sign because he has to move his car very friendly NOT.

Top service! Neatly received at 8 o'clock with a cup of coffee and everything completely in order. Fast service, very well helped with the questions I had in advance. Need a plumber in the Leeuwarden region? I say, call Wijbenga Installaties!
