Were 5 min late because we had a hard time finding it. Then we had to wait 15 min in the waiting room, then receptionist came and said he was already gone. Had to make an appointment again. Poor service.

The shoes were lost last year. This year the shoes were ready in Leeuwarden instead of in Beesterzwaag and when we received the shoes today by post, it turned out that there was an increase under both shoes instead of only under judge. Never had such an unprofessional company experienced.

Too crazy for words how long you will be put on the phone in the elevator, still not able to get in touch, pretty damned !!!!
