Do not respond to mail. Do not answer phone. It is terrible that money from the municipality is not used better. Lost object registration is also behind and outdated.

I try to reach the AFAC but I am only put on hold before I have spoken to anyone. They leave you there every time super long, the longest I've been waiting for is half an hour. There is never recorded. Have tried it 32 times now and there is no single recording!

Bit of a shame, that the rules are not stated, and that it costs money, but I'm glad I got my bike back (the key was lost for a while, can happen ...)
