One of the better fine-dining restaurants in Eindhoven, especially on the food side. Well worth a try! Pros: Superb food and dishes made to perfection. Cons: Wine pairings could be improved. Dishes and surprise menu did not feel seasonal.

Great staff joined us in exploring and guiding us through a very enjoyable 4 course surprise meal where every dish excelled with its own 'surprise' without ever being over the top. No spoilers but very 'Doyy' indeed 😏

This was a great experience! We'd heard good stories before and were still pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dishes. The food is really good and the chef's signature shows on every plate. A glass panel cut-out in the floor shows a collection of wine bottles, crates and corks. It's a great idea, but clearly not every guest is convinced it will hold their weight. This resulted in some up-close and personal encounters at our table. The wine explanation varied quite a bit, based on who was serving the wine. The pairing itself was very good, so my only suggestion would be to match the high level of the food with a bit more context regarding the wine. Will definitely return for a next visit!

Really nice use of seafood here. I also recommend the dessert that is based on vegetables, something really fresh to end the night with.

Amazing restaurant! Really good food, very well presented. It's very elegant and cosy inside, the owners are also kind and friendly. It's not cheap, but not even expensive. We went for the 4 course surprise menu, every dish was special and unique tasting, definitely recommended. What to say, perfect!
