Was not satisfied with the color of the stone on the product as supplied. Agreed that I would send it back and get my money back within 2 weeks. But .... that took more than a month and a half and several phone calls and e-mails that were not responded to ... Then a Messenger message was sent, but that was blocked. So as stated: unprofessional. And also very not customer oriented .... Following the seller's response to my review: "Your order has been delivered neatly. Your return was lost because you had sent it as a regular letter. PostNL does not allow this" Since when does Postnl not allow me to send a regular letter if the weight does not exceed a certain weight? I first wrapped the jewelry in bubble wrap, then weighed it and glued the corresponding number of stamps to the envelope. Following Seller's Note: "Eventually we were able to find your return (after the term of return) and we sent you a message about it. Unfortunately, we were not allowed to receive a response." This is also incorrect. Never received a message that my return has been 'found' ..... Not by e-mail, not by telephone .... Only after repeated e-mailing and speaking on the 06 number -to which there was no response- I have tried it through messenger. And that turned out to work. The same day my money was refunded, and when I wanted to respond via Messsenger my account turned out to be blocked. That was ultimately the final straw, and the reason for this negative review. And surprising that the same day of my negative review suddenly two very positive reviews appear ..... while only 1 review had been posted so far, a few months ago .....

Have been able to order nice gifts here several times and nowadays also custom masks that are of good quality and also look super nice! Owner is always easy to reach and very friendly.
