Saffraan Restaurant Eindhoven

We normally love this restaurant, but yesterday ordered the 2 different menus, one vegetarian and one with the meat.It was very dissappointing what you get for the very high price of 47 euros per menu. Especially the meat menu only had one dish that was meat, the rest vegetables. If you would order 3 dishes separately it would be cheaper and you get more variety.I would recommend to review these menus so that is really fair the content in relation to the price.

Very good food. At present you can order and make a delivery. Hopefully one day restaurants like this one will reopen.

Amazing flavourful food, and big quantities!! They always include some sweets with the delivery, we love that ❤️

Very tasteful food! And, the best of all: very exotic for me :)

Here used to be our favorite place. We ordered today a menu of around €110 to have some nice food for new year. Unfortunately, we are shocked by how quality has declined. The lamb shank for Mahicheh wasn't cooked. For Fesenjān which is a persian sour-sweet stove with walnuts and chicken fillets cooked in pomegranate concentrate , we received a very spicy meatballs mix. I suspect that the meatballs are even the left over from other dishes and not fresh. And despite the name, there was no saffron in the food. That's a pity, but this was the last time we go here!
