I have had many physiotherapists before, but this is the first one where I get results quickly. This therapist may be young, but she knows what she's doing. She combines mind and body and lets you do exercises that are simple and effective, in addition to massages. In addition to being active, she also provides clear theoretical explanations. Highly recommended, also for people with fibromyalgia!
A good example for other physiotherapists as far as I am concerned, it clearly explains with fine personal guidance under the training.
