Topfysio helped me very well. Due to wear on my knee, I should have an artificial knee before the age of 60, according to the orthopedist. Thanks to a combination of RSQ plus dry needling on the part of Anne Harm and because I kept cycling and swimming a lot myself, knee surgery has been postponed.
