Seriously bad! Here me and 4 other family members were treated by Wafa Mohamed some time ago. She said to all of us that we would need about 6 to 8 laser treatments. We have all had 10, but WITHOUT results and with only misery. After 10 treatments stopped and we all suffer from itching, red spots, extra thick hair growth in places where we previously had down hairs (on the advice of Wafa still have those down hairs shave and laser hair, where I now regret a lot of have). When we said we saw no results, she said, it will come. This is because you have dark hair and it takes longer to get the treatments working. Bar and bad customer friendliness, the first treatment tooth whitening had not gone well, saw no difference, and the 2nd appointment has to be done now and it is more like a month later and they have already canceled 4x or I was not in the system or they had no products anymore (very unprofessional) they would call me back if the products were in, after 2 weeks they called me back and it turned out that the products were already in there .. very poor communication so, I asked for money back, they wanted this not out of 'principle' because then she had to do that to everyone who was treated that way (isn't that normal anymore ?!) and added that she had earned my money again in 2 minutes and it didn't matter to her how or what with my money, then Mrs. just walked in during our conversation ... downright unprofessional and dredging, they are not concerned with the customers but purely with the money, money in and customer friendliness is out!

Very bad experience treatment totally did not make an appointment afterwards for treatment of teeth whitening when I arrive for the appointment I am told that it is not possible to make several appointments and several times called or the items were not present or the person was not there present. Then I would be called back for a new appointment as soon as the materials were received, that appointment was not recorded when I call again I get to hear that the materials were already long in when I spoke with Mrs. she clearly stated no wanting to give money back as a matter of principle, because otherwise she would have to do it with everything else they had treated that way and that was impossible. Mrs. also indicated what I would have paid to have earned me back within 2 minutes. So in short, it didn't matter to her that the money was already inside and that I was not satisfied was my problem.
