SOAP TREATMENT STORE

It is a nice environment, and the lady listened to my requests and implemented them well. But it's expensive! I could have had a nice dinner with the price I paid to get my eyebrows done. :-o I usually get them done for a quarter of what I paid here. I would use this place more like a treat for myself or a friend, not a regular place.

Lovely Beaty spot 💞 very nice ambience and stuff are always friendly! They use nice products for treatments and they always offer coffee or tea. A bit pricey though

What a disappointment. This place is completely unprofessional with its logistics and staff. I had an appointment at 4.00 o’clock, I called to let them know I would be 15 minutes late as our hospital appointment was longer than expected and the person I spoke to approved and said 4.15 is OK. So I bothered to drive there thinking its all good, turns out it is not! The person whom I spoke to on the phone did not even properly communicate with the saloon staff and did not inform them! After I was told that they cannot proceed with my services due to the limited time and the following client, I totally got so frustrated. I mean, what kind of unprofessionalism is this? What was offered: well, sorry we cannot do a full pedicure; we can either polish or not. Their initial solution is; we cannot provide the full services because we do not wanna make the next client wait. Why tell me to come at 4.15 then? This communication system is soooooo ridiculous. What is worse is: they had no manager or a responsible person to directly address my issue; so I wasted time and my energy in being mad. I was told that a manager would contact me next day, and I would get information about what went wrong with the communication amongst them and the solution; nope nothing. Nobody contacted me, nobody freaking cares. I will never ever waste my time and energy in this useless place and I recommend you to do the same as one of their staff says something the other one says something completely different. No one took any responsibility of this and it is ridiculous. I will not recommend it to any of my friends neither visit myself again.

Did today a facial with Lisanne. The whole treatment felt sooo good and the results are clearly visible! Lisanne was also so friendly and knowledgeable. Can’t wait to come back!

Super clean place! So helpful, they take the time and the products are amazing. Great staff!
