A few weeks ago contact was sought via internet for the repair of my vaastwasser. Provided a clear description of the problem online. The call-out costs are "40 euros" but good, if something can be done right away that is fine. The mechanic comes in and asks what the problem is, I repeat what is in the form online. "The dishwasher runs fine, but does not get hot anymore". Ooh then the PCB is broken, I write down the serial number and call you back for the costs, these will be between 240 and 280 euros. Within 1 minute the technician is gone again. After which I am called that the repair will cost € 256, -. Talked about calling back, this twice, without anyone getting hold of me. Promt is today the invoice on the mat for the "voorrijkosten". They could have given this directly by phone when they had read the form. When I indicate by telephone that I do not agree with this, it is literally told "We have to earn our money somewhere." Worthless service.
