The home basis of the local ice hockey club - Kemphanen. Despite it is an amateur club, the guys (and girls) play well and show a decent hockey. During the break one can enjoy a drink in the cafe at the stadium. The supporters are truly fans, knowing each player by name. All that makes watching the game a real entertainment.

Nice to skate in for a few hours, ideal with your child because there are racks to practice. Because it was the first time for us, I was a little surprised that I was barked through the speakers on the outside court by 15-year-olds in a booth because I didn't know some rules. Ruffers fights hard for ice hockey in the City of Light. It is very nice to see how much youth enjoys this sport. This can be done at different levels at Kemphanen itself or at one of the other ice hockey teams, which usually also have former Kemphanen in the sections. Home port is the ice sports center Eindhoven where from October you can also go recreational (during recreation hours) often with a stick and a puck on the ice. For the little ones there is a skating and ice hockey school where one or two free lessons can be taken. Also very worthwhile for girls!
