Used the rent a van from the telephones at IKEA. Brilliant service.

It's a warehouse, nothing to like or dislike. Typical time has been about 5 -7 mins.

Admitting I am IKEA fan, so not totally unbiased on this, products mostly well (value) engineered and like the style, this facility is good size, the restaurant is pretty big and I always sink some money into this place

Good luck getting an item here. I suggest double check the items added to your list via ikea employees which you need to pick up from their external warehouse. Any mistake will require you, as i do, to drive back and fort their customer service desk in their main building. For a small rail item this cost me 1.5 hour waiting in multiple lines
