Great adults only camp site large grass pitch toilets and showers very clean friendly owner like others have commented road noise day and night, but don't let that put you off.

For the peace-seeking and active adults-only enthusiasts, a great campsite, with two very passionate and super friendly owners. The atmosphere is relaxed and everything is taken care of! Use of WiFi, shower and other sanitary facilities is included in the price (rarely seen as neat and well maintained). If specified before 20:00, fresh bread rolls are available in the morning between 09:00 and 11:00 for a good price. The campsite is centrally located between a number of beautiful nature parks and beautiful rural surroundings, ideal for walkers and cyclists. There is a shed for cyclists where they can store their bicycles and recharge them if necessary. For a reasonable price you can book a tour in an electric jeep, and you will be driven around in the area of ​​Havelte and the Holtingerveld in about 2 hours.The owner tells you during the ride about the history of the area, and the special role who played Havelte in WWII. No tent, camper or caravan? there are 3 beautiful apartments (lodges) .. In havelte itself you can enjoy a meal at, among others, Het Knooppunt (we give a 7) at the brink and a little further at Ludiek (we give a 9) Could we say it: in the 50+ camping category they are camping of the year !! We are already looking forward to our next stay, new bicycle tours, walks and tracks to the past ....

Nice campsite good location in the middle of beautiful nature areas. Clean toilet building. Good WiFi. Spacious pitches. In short, fine. The road is audible, get used to quickly.

Jelly's Hoeven is a small campsite where service is of paramount importance. The pitches are very spacious and offer sufficient privacy. The sanitary facilities are very neat and very clean. There is a simple but effective corona protocol. Ordering the sandwiches is done via an app, which is super simple and easy. Grumbling about the fact that it is an 18+ campsite is not an issue, you know that in advance. And the noise of the N-road cannot change the owners.
