Great customer service from staff that know the products. Had a chat and received good recommendations which I took. I wouldn't go anywhere else

Customer service is bad right now, I made a purchase online and didn’t receive the product nor there was any order confirmation email, yet from the bank the money was deducted, I cannot reach anyone through customer service line, the call wait is so long and no one is answering my calls, really bad service here in The Netherlands, I am not happy with the service and I still have to sort it out somehow because the money has already been deducted from my bank... don’t order during this time corona lockdown period esp, I still don’t know where it went wrong and if they have an explanation for me, I hope they sort it out for me, that is if they respond or pick up my phone, there is a long wait and no respond on chat either, disappointed honestly...
