Very unfriendly shop assistant. First it was too much to see if there was another size of a sweater I wanted to buy, then asked to take the sweater off the mannequin because I definitely wanted to buy it (was the right size) she didn't want to take it off . We were not allowed to explain that. Too lazy or just don't feel like it? Thought the customer was king? She says in a very unfriendly way, come back next weekend. We come from Mechelen is not at the door. I think that mentality in sales is outrageous !!!

Very special beautiful clothes. I am satisfied, but experienced something so strange in the store yesterday. It was fifteen minutes before closing time and one lady wanted to get a shirt for her son from the rack, because it was fitting. That was no longer allowed by the saleswoman ??? She had already hung everything straight and the lady already took something several times ?? ? So weird. There was even a fight and the lady only left after the necessary altercations, I was like huh ??? What is this now. I think it was only closed at five o'clock, although the doors were already closed (not locked) I found it very customer unfriendly and I am not used to this from you?

Today we went to the store with my daughter of 3, son of 1 and man .. We were trying on various garments and we had at least 15 to 20 pieces that we wanted to buy. I asked the saleswoman if my daughter could go to the toilet because otherwise I had to leave everything to go find a toilet with her somewhere. To this she replied very politely that they were not a public toilet but a shop and that she had to wait. The partner said that this was very customer-unfriendly, especially for a small child, this is still a small effort. The saleswoman responded that we had better shut up and leave the store otherwise. I asked at the checkout if the person in charge was not present, but he would not have been there. The saleswoman intervened again and started shouting that we should leave the store. We then put all the clothes in a pile and said that we would send a complaint to the boss. She thought this was okay ee do it but leave the store now and bye ... I really do not think this is an advertisement, so a saleswoman will help your business to the sharks !! I am in retail myself and had to respond to one of my saleswomen who could expect her c4. I hope you put a different kind of saleswoman in your stores because I am a regular customer and many of my family too, but I will tell you what happened and they will stay away. We are sorry because you have a very nice collection for a nice price. That is certainly good. Now the staff and it will be a golden matter!
