Actually, this francise Rituals doesn't deserve 1 star! Very bad service! When I get home I see that they have forgotten to put a product in the bag .. that is possible, mistakes make me all .. called .. get to hear .. come and get it .. too far for me because all roads are on my route open and takes 40 minutes before I get there .. I ask to send the product (just like online ordering) that is also not possible .. refund money they do not cooperate .. get a stiff answer .. the state ready here so come and get it .. I will never come again in this case ..

Wasn't amazed to buy a gift voucher but not be helped because chatting with each other was more important. Pity.
