We have been waiting for help from this company in recent weeks. I called Jan and he told me to send a message with the problem. After that he apparently stood at the door unannounced! Tip for this company: how difficult is it to let you know that you are at the door !!! In the meantime, another company engaged who neatly reports himself before departure and helped us fantastic!

Very good help! Today in the store helped by an employee who searched with me for the right part for my resume. All other stores and professional installation companies indicated that this was not possible or not possible to deliver. Van Der Hoop helped me for 0.50 euros cents with the correct coupling for the radiator. This after he has finished several shelves with me to find the right part. Top! The radiator does not work and leaks again after weeks! Big compliment to Van Der Hoop! On behalf of a very satisfied customer.
