Bed and Breakfast Morningstar Urk

If somebody has a wish for a nice, calm, picturesque holiday plan within NL, on the seaside and away from the commonly marketed places, This is your pick. The B&B is based out of the coolest part of Urk, views are incredible , you really need not to go out anywhere just sit on the living room to observe the day unfold. The hosts are also quite friendly and helpful. 3 days passed on like a whisker and we will surely come back in a larger group. Loved it Morgenster and Urk.

Very nice B&B on a beautiful location. The view at the breakfast table is amazing. The owners do not live in the B&B, so there is little contact. This kind of limits the B&B feeling, but it's not necessarily negative. Some people might even prefer it this way. We prefer to have contact with the owners / locals to get tips for visiting. Breakfast is good, plenty of choice. Correct price for what you get. Recommended.

Great location overlooking water and harbour. Clean, tidy and comfortable with non resident owner only 200 metres away in need. Need to phone for first reception was not advised and delayed us 15 minutes but worked out okay.
