My tiles for bathroom were delayed for more than 1 month. I won’t complain too much if it was only the delay because of supplier, the staff at tiles department gave me 3 wrong arriving dates of the tiles (yes, 3 dates, and they never really arrived!) therefore I postponed the planning for workers again and again. They never inform the delay until I called or went into the store. In the end I cancelled the order and bought tiles elsewhere. If they have informed me well, I could have cancelled the order earlier.
Dutch Home Depot. What else is there to say?
Cheap, you never get lost there are alot of workers that are ready to help you.
You can find all what you need for home renovation, gardening ...etc. for a reasonable price.
We had the worst experience. We are busy renovating and had problems with our order on 4 different occasions which is delaying our renovations. They also gave us the wrong products and not the ones we ordered. It is a battle and endless frustration with Hornbach. We will never use them again. Very unprofessional
