They sold me a graphic card mentioning "supported Windows 10", now it causes BOSD all the time. When you ask for support, they say that the product is no more supported by Nvidia (I bought an MSI product!) and they ask to take contact with Nvidia. NEVER MSI again.

I ordered a motherboard here and needed some support. You do not have to call this number because they will forward you to a mailing support that does not respond or does not respond to your specific question. Also, this support does not even want to hear your technical problems and during the conversation I mainly wondered - what can you actually do? I think it is a pity that I have to email for a solution for two weeks, while if someone had called me, this would be resolved in 5 minutes. Anyway a well deserved star for the quick recording, luckily you don't have to wait in a queue for an hour before they tell you they can't help you.
