They make it difficult for this by referring to hospital unhelpful bad doctor !!!!!

Think these GPs practice good are good doctors like doctor Taş and Wulfers there are also less good ones. But most of them are good there. I think the pharmacy is very good and the people there are specialized and friendly.

My wife is pregnant, called on 07/07/2020. A very unfriendly assistant on the line who assumed in advance that my wife had not reported anything in terms of pregnancy. (Which was true because called at the end of June). My wife is asking for a pregnancy statement for work, the assistant had NEVER heard of. Well use Google, because it really exists! Both can be requested from a general practitioner / gynecologist / obstetrician. My wife is in her first trimester (danger zone still). Assistant came back to her words when she finally read on her screen that my wife had already indicated this. And yet my wife was treated rotten without any pardon / sorry. Have you never had kids or been pregnant? My wife has questions about pregnancy and other treatment options related to neck hernia. Assistant does not want to help, just says: doctor calls Friday or Monday MAYBE. And that can be all day long. My wife hung up and was completely upset after this conversation. Shame on you !! My wife was so shocked that she was also unable to ask for names. This assistant deserves immediate resignation. You can't treat people who need care like dirt! Not all assistants are like this, but this lady is NOT an asset to the practice! And if it continues like this, we will look for another practice!
