Nice and friendly staff. Cars in perfect working condition (at least two, which I used). In fact, the first car which I took had only been used for 500km. Another time I rented a van which had some scratches, which all were documented and shown to me before I took a car.

Rented a bus last weekend for relocation, beautiful new bus, very friendly service and very satisfied.

Very friendly in the morning. I walked around the van very quickly, was struck by the damage that distracted me and therefore forgot to take pictures of the van myself. Upon returning, the gentleman discovered damage and expected me to accept the deductible. I am 100% sure that I had not driven any damage. I asked him why all the damage that my predecessors had done had not yet been repaired, Here I got the idea that I was being scammed. Obviously I can not make this hard but sir responded immediately I never want to see you again and started screaming aggressively. This so that you know what to expect.
