prices you see on advertisement are just a trailer, so many on top costs! even taxes on top, insurance on top that does not cover tyres and glass even if you choose 0 own risk, you need to buy another insurance on top for glass/tyres to be truly zero risk renter , only 100 km inclusive in the striped down price that is advertised, per km additional on top if you ride above 100km. rule of thumb, whatever price they are advertising, easily multiply by factor 2 to get an idea how much you will end up paying eventually. a small truck (toyota proace, you pay ~100 euros for a day)

The counter was not very friendly, a little bit impatient. The sprinter I rented was 5 years old, gear transmission was no longer smooth, and when I press the clutch, it made kind of squeak noise. The whole pickup and return process was okay, but not as good as I expected.

Quick service and nice guy at the counter. My only problem is the lack of parking. When we wanted to return the van, there was no spot left. We had to park it in front of the other vehicles.

They cancelled our reservation after finalizing everything online.. finding a car in the last minute was not easy!

Excellent service, rented a car online and picked up in-store. Took less than 5 minutes in the store to complete the paperwork. Car was clean and ready to go. Fast professional service with a smile.
