Made reservations three times in the past four months. Twice an email that they had nothing available (long after the reservation date). Not had a single message last time! We would have liked to rent a nice smart, but apparently giving a response is very difficult. Response within two hours ?! Often only after a reaction for two weeks. Owner indicates that it would get better in July with more people behind the phone or computer. Last reservation was in September, we are still waiting for an answer. Finally ended up with Hertz, great club!
