Fixed the damage to our car perfectly within the time set with a good replacement car.

Unfortunately not a good experience.
Fitting the new bumper not done properly, causing a cover not to sit properly and fall out while driving and become damaged. This can happen, and with good aftercare I would still give it 5 stars. Unfortunately it was very disappointing to me.
Back to company, see that the bumper is indeed not right. Appointment planned to have the bumper reassembled and cover replaced.
Instead of doing what was agreed, they glue the cover in the bumper. This is not the quality I expect from a repair shop. After complaining again, it is resolved, but a nasty aftertaste has left me. Lots of extra time lost because of the mistakes. Nor have they made any excuses.
Furthermore also:
-After agreement about how much it would cost, the amount was about 250 euros higher because the counterpart's damage expert had come by. Mind you, it was not even clear at this time whether they would pay, I had to advance the 250 euros myself.
-There were chrome parts in the bumper. These have been replaced by plastic parts without informing me about this. I think this is strange.
Last year for the 2nd time have my car repaired. It was only a small damage (the photo also has paint from the other party) she dared to charge 1615 euros for this. For this amount I expected that I would get a new bumper, but I got a car back with a dripper in the paint and a skewed bumper. Later I found out that they also only half secured my bumper. This was the 2nd time and last time!
