I was looking for a mothersday gift for my moms when I ended up in her store. The workers were very polite & did an amazing job in helping me find the perfecr gift for my moms😍🙌🏾 I’ll definitely be back soon for another gift!✨

Sent back to 1 item of clothing after my complete order .. This one item of clothing that I kept paid (via Afterpay) ... Then after a few weeks I received a new Afterpay and invoice of the other items of clothing that I returned .... they say without any excuse that I still have to pay this. After a lot of emails from me that I really did not have the items of clothing, I proposed the option to pay half (OF SOMETHING I DON'T AGREE !!), then no more response and the afterpay invoice and administration costs continue to increase. Instead of seeing it as constructive criticism, I am pretending to be lying when I really don't have any of these in my closet ... ABSURD !!! Professional communication or looking for a solution together is not possible, while the error really lies with Femalicious!

Super satisfied .... have been ordering a lot from this super nice store for a long time .... the owners are super sweet and understanding .. even got a gift because I order a lot ... never had one from a clothing store ! .. always the next day everything in ... good communication ... and very reliable .... a keeper for me! My closet is full of them ... and if something is not right ... which I almost never have, I can exchange it immediately or always have a solution! I say ...... the best boutique online and to go shopping for the trendy fashion conscious woman. .... and top service 10+ Definitely a RECOMMENDED!

Order received under cat hair and human hair .. Then a message was sent that it is not really fresh and that they can pay attention to it in the future. Instead of seeing it as constructive criticism, people pretend I'm crazy and lie ... After photos, don't send an answer anymore and not even an excuse ... A pity. Then you can have nice clothes for an affordable price, but if you cannot communicate normally and professionally, you have nothing 😉
