I have had 2 very friendly electricians today who both did their best to solve the problem quickly and correctly. This is still one company where customer-friendliness and craftsmanship go hand in hand. Thanks again men.

Through the search for an electrician on the Tesla site, I ended up with Ben van Schoor. Let them do the job for installing a Tesla wall connector, where we also told at the beginning that a Renault Zoë should be able to charge. After installation, it worked very well for the Tesla, but the Zoë did not. After coming up with several expensive solutions such as a new charging station, I took a look on google and you can configure the charger yourself to be able to charge everything. In my opinion, they should have had this expertise when installing Tesla chargers. You know what you're installing right? Otherwise worked neatly. Only in the long term in thinking along.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Only an older secretary works who is always super unfriendly, blunt and cranky. I have been a customer for a long time and this lady can never even respond kindly. I would really recommend the company to let this woman be a bit more customer friendly.
