Heel blij met de werkzaamheden van R. van Dalen. De monteurs hebben vakwerk achter gelaten. Werken heel netjes en toen wij op het laatste moment toch wat aanpassingen wilde hebben was dat geen probleem. Denken met je mee. De volgende keer kunnen ze weer op een belletje van mij verwachten.

Had a malfunction, turned out to be a fuse that was not properly screwed in. Thought it was on the hotel switch in the hallway. Mechanic came and indicated that a screw was missing in the switch. But did not indicate anything else. Got the wiring plugged into the switch and thought everything was fine. Mechanic away again after paying 160.00 euros. Thought it was ridiculously expensive for something so small. I discovered that the switch was not working properly, if I turn off the light upstairs and walk down again, but then try to turn the light back on both downstairs and upstairs. I immediately called again about this problem so that the technician could come back. Well that was possible, but then I would again have to pay the starting rate of 112 euros. I thought this was really ridiculous and totally not customer-friendly because I had just paid 160.00 euros 5 minutes before. The boss told me that his prices were on the low side but that he had to pay his staff and the bus. I was very disappointed and so I have not made any further progress. Thank you van Dalen for this extremely bad treatment. And did your employee not have a screw in his van? Then the problem was solved. Little effort. What a bad company. I'll never call this one again. !!!!!

What a horror. Appointments will not be honored, will not be called back, technicians are quite friendly but clearly do not want to do their best for this company. If they treat their people just like their customers, I understand why!

Called 9:00. Would be called back in a minute because the planner was not there. 10:30 called again. And yes, sir, if only sat on the phone, so I would be called back in a minute. Then nothing more for the rest of the day. I just went to another company. If a company does not bother to call a customer, I can advise everyone against this company. What a bad service👎👎👎👎
