Came for a new watch strap, fantastic service, nicely helped !!!
Simply wanted to replace the battery of my watch. The lady took the watch to a room where I could not see how she worked, and then gave it back smeared with hand cream, with the back not properly inserted, after which I also had to set the time myself.
I discovered a scratch when I got home in the glass. Because I could not even see what they were doing with my watch, I now do not know whether the store made the scratch or I myself.
EDIT: Thanks for the response to my review, but I don't see my review as a positive review. I am not asking for a workshop. I expect that replacing a battery can also be done professionally by you. In any case, how you did it is in my experience not good, and the way you respond to the complaint is also very strange.
