Very customer-friendly and solution-oriented staff. We were unlucky with the selected earrings of which a stone had fallen out twice. Also a good cooperation with the Hovenpassage Lucardi, where I was first allowed to exchange an earring because paradise gate no longer had them. Service very neat and can be exchanged twice. There is also a lady very handy in repairs. Top thing!
To make holes shoot, I picked white / silver earrings here. After the shoot, the saleswoman made a 'nice' joke by saying that they were so beautiful blue. Walked to the mirror in shock and they turned out to be BRIGHT PINK. She seemed totally unaware of the fact that an adult had to walk around with bright pink earrings for 6 weeks because of her mistake. If you let holes go, do it in another case because you will not be taken seriously here ...

The saleslady said yes I do yes so there is not really trained staff
After calling, the saleswoman was not really friendly, my name was misspelled and so was my email. She would change this for us so I could track my order. This has been a week now and nothing has happened yet, just drop by today to ask where my necklace is.
Is a very sweet lady who shoots earrings with patience
It was the birthday of a good friend's daughter who wanted a necklace, so to lucadi, after a little searching I saw a nice necklace and bought it. She was very happy with it.
