What a lousy shop, website information about making an appointment not up to date and apparently they feel too good to cut bangs for a 2 year old child. And as an industry just whine how badly they have it .. Maybe you should not send your customers away.

Very bad experience here. Would recommend it to anyone! Have never been cut so badly. I asked for layers in my hair and had a photo with me as an example ... The lady cut my hair into two layers that were Scottish and crooked and did not blend into each other at all. She would also cut my hair around my face, but a corner was cut off on the right side instead. There would also only go 2 to 3 cm in length, but in the meantime my hair is 15 cm shorter ... I was just shocked when I got home and went back. Money back was not an option, the manager made an attempt to trim it a bit so that the layers merge a little more, but I am still not happy with it. And because so much of the length has gone, which was not the intention, the hairstyle that I wanted can now no longer.
